My career as a Property Manger commenced in 2018 when I wondered “what next” after the sale of our local family business and a strong passion for customer service and an interest in property. The experienced gained in managing the family business led me to the understanding that client/customer service and reputation in business is everything and how paramount it is to know your clients, their expectations of quality service and the importance of servicing their needs.  

As a Property Manager I thrive on the daily challenges the role brings and enjoy forming positive working relationships between Myself, Rental Providers and Renters. I am very much a people person and enjoy being able to assist in making a difference, assisting a Rental Provider to find the perfect Renter or helping a Renter secure their new home. I am a big believer that communication and honesty is the key to quality service.  

As a resident of the Knox and Yarra Ranges areas for my whole life, I hold great knowledge of the local area and adjacent municipalities and believe local knowledge leads to a superior service. 

Outside of work I enjoy being involved in the local community, spending time with family, live comedy and the odd cruise holiday.  

With experience in leasing hundreds of properties during my career, I follow the motto that “Anyone Can Make a House a Home”.
