Our Caulfield Office
For somewhere so close to the city, Caulfield is blessed with abundance of open space.
While horses exercise at Caulfield Racecourse, local residents can stretch their legs in the vast Caulfield Park. Whether it’s jogging around the running track, shooting hoops or just feeding the ducks, there’s something to suit everyone’s pace in this green expanse.
And for young kids there’s Princes Park with its intriguing sculptures and shaded playground.
But beyond the tranquility of the parks, there’s a multicultural buzz with vast range of eateries/restaurants from long time residents who immigrated from around the world in the 60′s & 70′s. People from all over Melbourne visit the district for this diversity of food.
The range of apartment blocks service the students of Monash University nearby, whilst older properties are being sold at land value to accommodate the growing demand for multimillion dollar properties.
Caulfield is changing yet has kept its inherent qualities of multiculturalism and diversity.
