A career in real estate can be highly rewarding but is also very demanding, at times even stressful. If you are considering a career in sales, it may take a year or more for you to reach your income potential. You should not consider real estate unless you are committed to making it a long-term career since much valuable business is only gained after several years service.
Applicants for sales and rental positions need to have completed the Agents Representative course, details of which can be found on the website of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
