A lifetime in real estate has enabled Adrian to practise in all aspects of the property industry. As a sworn valuer, licensed estate agent and auctioneer, Adrian has gained a reputation for integrity and experience that few can match.

Starting as a rental clerk in the 1960’s he gained broad experience in property management, valuations, sales and business management. Eventually he became sales director and managing director of one of Melbourne’s largest multi-office agencies.

After several years in a “sea change” running a gourmet retreat with his wife in the Western District, Adrian returned to his core interest, real estate.

Adrian currently holds the position of President at the REIV 2008 – 2009 and is the first person to hold this position a second term after serving as President in the 2006 – 2007 period. Adrian is an REIV accredited Certificate 4 trainer, member of the REIV Board of Directors and is currently the Victorian delegate to and Director of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.

His role as Chairman at Noel Jones Real Estate allows Adrian to take full advantage of his wealth of experience and wide range of business contacts as well as take a keen interest in staff training and development.

In what remains as spare time, he indulges his love of cooking and gardening and enjoying the company of his grandchildren.

In February 2006 Gail was appointed the Chief Operations Officer for the Corporate office, Gail has approached this position with tenacity, she advocates a “nothing is impossible” approach and certainly is a “can do and will do” COO. Nothing fazes Gail, striving to accomplish all tasks – many which are considered impossible or non achievable by others. Superbly multi skilled with excellent time management attributes, her natural ability to be a good listener and problem solver holds her in good stead.

Gail is very competent in all fields of real estate commencing in 1999, her duties have been varied, comprehensive and have covered all aspects of the industry, giving her a total understanding and practical insight. Some of the fields covered include Sales Trust Accounting, Advertising Manager, Property Trust Accounting, Office Management/Admin, IT Technology and implementation.

Gail constantly studies and attends courses thus empowering her knowledge. A fully licensed estate agent, Gail recently completed her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Gail’s extensive “product” knowledge relating to all aspects of real estate is testimony that Gail is an exemplary individual within the group. She is highly regarded and admired by her peers; her determination and reputation for getting things done professionally are second to none! Her passion and motivation has earned the respect and accolades of Adrian Jones the Chairman and all the Directors within the Noel Jones Group.
